    Tick Twice offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing and billing terms outlined at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

  • 2. Free Trial Policy

    We may offer a free trial for certain plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan. No refunds will be issued once the charge has been made unless stated otherwise.

  • 3. Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Tick Twice account and navigating to the billing section.

    When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

    You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan.

    Please note: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or features during an active billing period.

  • 4. Refund Policy

    We believe in transparency and fairness. However, due to the nature of our digital services:

    All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

    Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases where:

    • A duplicate payment was made in error
    • A technical issue on our end prevented access to the service
    • A request is made within 7 days of a new subscription, and no significant usage has occurred
    • To request a refund, please email support@ticktwice.io with details of your issue.
